St. Trifon Zarezan is the patron saint of vine growers in Bulgaria.\u00a0<\/p>

Legend says he was a Roman soldier, but his real claim to fame is his legendary skill at grafting vines\u2014they say he could make even a twig sprout grapes!<\/p>

So, every February 14th, we celebrate his day by pruning the vines, blessing them for a good harvest, and of course, enjoying some wine.<\/p>

They say St. Trifon was also a master of escaping tight spots.\u00a0<\/p>

I heard he once escaped a wine cellar locked with riddles \u2013 talk about a real-life escape room!<\/p>

Another time, a rival vine grower trapped him in a tool shed, but St. Trifon used the tools to improve<\/em> the lock and escape!\u00a0<\/p>

Guess he was a pro at solving puzzles, even before escape rooms were a thing.\u00a0<\/p>
